QWhy do I need to register and create an account?
Registering with Little Cherubs is easy and totally free of charge. The registration process is simple, only takes a few minutes and ensures you enjoy safe, secure and convenient shopping.
QWhat are the benefits of creating an account?
* You can begin to shop on-line * Faster and easier checkout process * Check the current status of your order * Create an address book (allowing multiple addresses; such as your home, place of work or grandparents, etc) * View your previous orders * Request a return or exchange * Edit your contact details * Change your password * Sign up for newsletters * Write your own product review * Add images of your Little Cherubs in outfits previously purchased.
QHow do I create an account?
To register with us and create an account, simply click on Register at the top right hand corner of this page (found just above your shopping bag).
QForgotten your password?
Don't panic! You can recover your lost account information. Simply click on Login at the top right hand corner of this page (found just above your shopping bag). Enter your e-mail address when prompted and your account information will be instantly e-mailed to you. Alternatively, please contact one of our team on +44 (0)1803 325715 and we can re-set your password for you.
QProblems logging in?
When initially registering, you may have incorrectly entered your e-mail address. This can easily happen by entering co.uk instead of .com or simply missing an @ symbol. If this has happened, you won't receive your confirmation e-mail and therefore the site will not recognise you when you try to log in. If you think this may be the case, contact one of our team on +44(0)1803 325715 and we will resolve it for you.
QHow do I search?
It's quite simple! Do you want to browse boys clothing, girls clothing, christening or occasion wear? Once you have decided, roll your mouse over your chosen department (coloured bar above) and a drop down menu will appear. Further narrow your search by category, brand or age. You can even search for more than one age at a time, ideal if you are shopping for more than one child. To deselect an age, click on the cross next to the age.
QHow do I shop?
If tempted to purchase an item, click on your chosen size and add to your shopping bag. The screen will prompt you to continue shopping or go to the checkout. If you choose to continue shopping, your personal shopping bag is always visible in the top right hand corner and indicates how many items you have selected and total spend. You can view your bag from any page and quickly checkout at any time.
QHow do I remove something from my shopping bag?
To remove items from your shopping bag, click view bag (visible in the top right hand corner of the screen) and underneath each product you will see the word remove. By clicking remove, this takes the item out of your shopping bag.
