COLOUR REPRESENTATION
Little Cherubs Clothing cannot be held responsible for poor colour representation as no guarantee can be made for colour monitors not accurately representing the colour of the garment.

Little Cherubs Clothing cannot be held liable for the accuracy of content and all supported material on this website, nor for those accessing the website outside of the United Kingdom. Please be made aware that you are responsible for any local compliance to all local laws that may be applicable in the Country of use.
EXCHANGE RATES - CURRENCY CONVERSION
We accept all major credit and debit cards. All transactions are in GBP UK Pounds Sterling. We provide you with a facility to convert the prices into your currency AS A GUIDE ONLY. We suggest you compare the information you receive from our currency converter with your own credit card provider. All rates quoted would be at the exchange rate prevailing at that precise moment, and may not be the exact cost your credit card company will charge. Please contact your card issuer for details on any charges they may make to convert currencies.
CUSTOMS
When exporting items out of the Country, charges cover postal and delivery costs only. Unfortunately, Little Cherubs Clothing are unable to advise amounts of import duties that may be payable by our Overseas customers, nor are we able to accept responsibility for these duties.
It is sometimes necessary for Customs to inspect items prior to receipt. Unfortunately, this may cause a delay and this is also out of our control.
COMPUTER VIRUSES
Little Cherubs Clothing cannot be held liable for any loss or damage caused by computer viruses. Every effort is made to ensure all e-mail messages are sent using the most efficient, up-to-date virus scans. You should therefore ensure you carry out your own virus protection checks.
AVAILABILITY
All items are subject to availability and all prices quoted on this site are correct at the time of publication. Little Cherubs Clothing cannot be held liable for items that are out of stock. We make every effort to ensure items are available. However, due to our stock being in limited sizes and quantities and most, only being available for one season, certain items may not be repeated or available.
PRE-ORDER
Any item shown with a clock symbol means pre-order product. The item has not arrived to store yet but by clicking on your age and entering into the shopping basket, you will reserve your chosen age and the item will be posted on to you just as soon as we receive it to store (next day delivery does not apply to pre-orders). Your card will be charged on the day your order is placed.
STATUTORY RIGHTS
These terms and conditions stated above do not affect your Statutory Rights.
